Terms.

Tova is operated by Peers Creative, an Aotearoa New Zealand business. “We”, “us”, and “Tova” in this document all mean Peers Creative.

One human per account. Keep your sign-in secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU/UK) to use Tova.

The text, images, and details you add to Tova belong to you. By putting them in the app, you grant Tova the limited permission it needs to store, display, and transmit them so the service works — to your guests, to anyone you make a gathering public to, and to you across your devices. Nothing more.

You promise that the content you upload is yours to upload — you have the rights, the permission, the legal standing.

The following are not OK on Tova:

• Spam, scams, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or stalking.
• Sexual content involving anyone under 18.
• Illegal content or content that incites illegal acts.
• Inviting people who haven’t given you their contact details.
• Impersonation, identity fraud, or pretending to be someone you’re not.
• Attempting to compromise the service, bypass our security, or access accounts that aren’t yours.
• Scraping, automating, or reverse-engineering the app or its data.

We don’t tolerate this content or the people who post it. Reports go to a human; we remove content and accounts as needed.

We can remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, on our judgement. We try to be reasonable about it. If we’re wrong, email us.

Tova is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable but don’t promise it’ll be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from your use of it.

If you’re a consumer protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or comparable consumer law in your jurisdiction, nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Delete your account from Settings → Delete account, or email hello@peerscreative.co.nz. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

If you got Tova from the App Store, you also agree to Apple’s standard end-user licence terms for App Store apps. Where those conflict with these terms, Apple’s terms apply for that conflict only.

We’ll update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Tova after that means accepting the change.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes go to the New Zealand courts.
